FITNESS PROGRAM

Barre Workout
Step up to the ballet barre for a full-body workout that combines the best of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and weight training. This class is designed for all fitness levels, helping you build strength and flexibility while sculpting and toning your entire body. Through small, controlled muscle contractions and repetitive movements, you'll target specific areas like arms, legs, abdomen, and buttocks. With a strong emphasis on form, alignment, and core engagement, our Barre classes help you lengthen and define your body with each session.

HIIT / Boot Camp
Get ready to challenge yourself in our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) / Boot Camp class! This fast-paced, heart-pumping workout is designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun, high-energy environment. Combining short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods, this class maximizes calorie burn and fat loss while sculpting and toning muscles. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our instructors will guide you through a variety of dynamic drills and exercises, ensuring every participant gets the most out of their session.

Personal Training

Yoga
Meet on the mat for a revitalizing Vinyasa yoga flow. In this class, we guide you through a series of fluid, breath-synchronized movements designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our instructors will support you in deepening your practice, focusing on balance, breathing, and mental clarity. This class offers a holistic approach to building both physical and mental strength, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Pilates Mat
Experience the benefits of Pilates Mat, a high-intensity, low-impact workout that targets the deep stabilizing muscles of the body. This class focuses on controlled, deliberate movements that activate your core and promote long, lean muscle development. Each workout includes breathwork and a blend of cardio bursts and muscle toning exercises designed to burn fat, improve posture, and enhance overall body alignment. With an emphasis on mindfulness and precision.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT TO BRING You'll need a pair of grip socks (available for purchase at the studio) for Barre and Pilates Mat, sneakers for HIIT and Personal Training, comfortable workout attire, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

BE READY Please be in the studio 10 minutes before the class starts. If you are late, your booking cannot be refunded.

CANCELLATION You can cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance. Please use our booking portal.

PARKING You can park in the surrounding streets, but please follow parking rules. Alternatively, you can come by public transport. The stop Forsthaus is within walking distance.

ENTRANCE The entrance to our studio is marked with a sign on the street. Upon arrival, enter through the main street door, then take a left down the driveway. Follow the path around the house, and you'll find the studio door across from the garage.

DUTY OF CARE If you have any health restrictions, please inform your trainer before the class. We will be happy to advise you if you are unsure about your training.

HYGIENE We leave the room clean and tidy for the next participants. Used equipment will be cleaned by each participant independently at the end of the class. Suitable cleaning agents are available in the studio for this purpose.

NO SHOES (HIIT and Personal Training Classes do not apply) Please take your shoes off in the entrance area and put them in the rack provided. For training you will need grip socks, which you can bring yourself or buy from us.

LANGUAGE Our trainers speak German and/or English. If a course is entirely in English, you will find the designation EN after the class name in our timetable.

RESPECT Please put your cell phone on silent during classes.
